Another Soggy Game

I'm tired of these soggy Friday's!  The Marching Lions are 1-4 for performing.  Tonight was the Hometown Showdown between Oviedo HS and Hagerty HS.  Sarah was looking forward to seeing friends from elementary and middle school.  She was especially looking forward to seeing Hagerty's halftime show.  And of course, performing OHS's show for the Hagerty crowd (game was held at Hagerty).  Due to the rain, neither band performed.  They did stay in the stands and performed as a pep band though.  Hard rain and all.  I chaperoned and Chris was on equipment crew.  We were all a soggy mess by the end of the night.  However, not all was lost.  While the band may have, the OHS football team did not.  They beat Hagerty, 55-20!!  And brought the coveted Mayors Cup back to OHS for safe keeping for another year!  Oviedo is now 4-0.  GO LIONS!

Final score!  About 20 seconds after this picture was snapped, Hagerty turned the scoreboard off!  I guess they didn't like the score.
